According to The Assam Tribune, he reviewed NABARD schemes, the progress of oil palm cultivation, the activities of the Krishi Vigyan Kendra and works under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana with district officials, after a presentation by the District Commissioner. He spoke in favour of organic and sustainable farming.

The Mizoram Government's Directorate of Information and Public Relations recorded two official engagements: a meeting with officials of the State's Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department at Aijal Club, and a visit to the College of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry at Selesih. Banners in photographs from the visit show a State BJP meeting with leaders and workers, and a State BJP press conference on 19 July 2024.

ICAR records that at the Hyderabad mela, held for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers under the theme "Shree Anna (Millets) for Viksit Bharat", he inaugurated a Shree Anna processing and training unit able to process up to 30 millet products. In September 2025 he was chief guest at the pearl millet farmers' meet in Barmer district.
